Returns -
​Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of product ordered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

- Shipping of the product will be done within 3 business days.
- We deliver products only through popular  and trusted shipment agencies. 
Still if  there is any loss  of  package during transit, that is after we have shipped from merrina.in,
the company will make necessary arrangement to resolve the issue
